Should you do it yourself, or pay someone? Time Choice puts both on the same ledger: what an hour of your time really costs, what outsourcing costs, and how much personal time it frees.
It starts with your real hourly rate—including overtime, commute, and work-related out-of-pocket costs—then shows the cash paid, incremental cash, time released, combined cost, and the break-even time price. The rule order is stated openly; when the gap is small or the result flips under a ±20% estimate, it asks you to confirm the estimate instead of pretending to certainty.
